Each organization has to identify what works best for them and their customers, based on the service provided/products created and their business model.
We have not been offered the 4 day work week but do get Friday afternoons off from May 1 through Labour Day and work 1/2 hr less Mon-Thur. It would be a nice perk to just have every Friday off in the summer.
