Just had a chance to watch the recording – great stuff. Totally agree with leading by example, creating valuable interactions, and fewer transactions. I always find an opportunity to chat with someone, (not just my team) in the hallway, lunchroom etc., to learn a bit more about them, but not ‘hallway meetings’ though! And like most things that you want to achieve, you have to be willing to put in the work!!
