Our organization recently hired an outside organization to perform evaluations, facilitate small group meetings, administer surveys, and provide an overall report. It has been a very valuable experience for staff and management.

Our company does an annual employee satisfaction survey. We focus on a different area of HR..ie..benefits, flex time, professional development…etc. And there is always room for additional comments. We review the responses to guide us in areas that we may need to focus more attention on.
