I have never had the opportunity to try a 4-hour work week. I have always thought it would cause me some anxiety through the week and I would likely feel like I did not get enough done and end up working the morning of the 5th days anyways. I love the idea of it, but have never been convinced of it practicality.

Agreed. I love the idea of it but actually implementing would be a challenge. Maybe for smaller organizations but not sure event then it would be fair for everyone.
