These are great–other options include simple squats (use a non-rolling chair as a base to tap down on, then push back up), small pulse movements of arms or legs, or calf raises. I’ve kept a resistance band tucked in a drawer & used that for various arm/leg/core exercises. Awesome way to take a quick break & recharge the mind!

These are great suggestions. I have to make sure I get more movement in my day to counteract sitting all day.
Those are great exercises that I would like to try. Usually I like to take a short walk outside for about 10 minutes. But if time is not allowed, I will still get up and walk in my office for 1 or 2 minutes, just to stretch my legs a bit.
