                      We offer 100% employer paid- Dental, Extended, LTD, LIFE AD&D, EAP, Travel insurance and optional EE paid Life and AD&D insurance… will be looking into the Critical illness benefit this year. We also have the Municipal Pension Plan

                            We offer life, dependant life, AD&D, STD, LTD, Health, Dental and Critical Illness all employer paid. The employee is just responsible for the taxable benefit that arises from us paying some of those premiums. We offer EAP and EE/ER pension matching at 5.5%.
                            We had increased our paramedical under the health portion to $1000 per yer per specialty a few years back which is a favourite for employees!

                              We pay 100% of dental, extended health, AD&D, Dep Life and Life. The AD&D, dep life and life are taxable benefits for the employee. Employee pays 100% of the LTD. As for short term, we are self-insured as a company, so there is no deduction. We also offer a health spending account as well as matched pension contributions maxed at 2.5%.

                                  We offer open access to a gym, free fitness classes and a $500 credit to courses offered after 1 year of employment.
