Kronos 8 – Anyone else dealing with the “end of life” of this software app?

Curious if anyone else out there is pondering their options given the “end of life” of Kronos 8 at the end of calendar year 2025.
We are a large healthcare provider with around 6500 employees currently using Kronos 8 and we are about to migrate our system to our own servers so that we have the option to continue to use Kronos 8 unsupported past 2025.
Mostly wondering if anyone else out there is considering this option, or if you’re moving to a new time and attendance system which ones are you considering that have the same functionality as Kronos. We have yet to find a truly comparable alternative for our line of business so I’m hoping someone out there is also in a similar situation to share insights…
