Awareness and intention are key to ensuring the workplace is inclusive and everyone has opportunity for growth within an organization. We have recently been involved in training specifically regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion. One of the best lessons learned from the training is that we don’t know what we haven’t experienced so we need to actively strive for awareness and understanding.
