Sometimes taking a moment to step away from the problem, if you’ve been focusing on it and struggling with solutions for awhile, can be clarifying. Letting your mind take a break from the issue allows you to come back to the issue with fresh perspective and renewed focus.
Writing down the pros and cons of each option helps a lot.
I agree with Denise – step away and let your mind have a break.
Be objective and identify the root cause. I believe there are always solutions for every problem.
Keep open minded and patient.
I always write down the problem and various ways to resolve the issue. Then I choose the best solution. Also, never hesitate to ask for help.
